RETURN POLICY (ALL SALES ARE FINAL)

Due to the nature of our products, there are absolutely no returns or exchanges except on Warped Fantasy products. Many companies offer Manufacturer Warranties. For these products, you must contact the manufacturer of the item in order to begin your return/exchange process. Warped Fantasy is not responsible for honoring the warranties that are offered by manufacturers.

If the returned product is discontinued or out of stock, an exchange for a different item at the same cost or a gift card will be offered in lieu of an exchange.

While are products are tested prior to shipping, please make sure that you have no problems turning on your product on the first day of arrival. For many customers, we are able to provide technical assistance when there are issues when powering on the product. Packages arrive in 2-8 business days in the contiguous US. USPS will handle final delivery.

P.O. Boxes
UPS SurePost is the only option available when shipping to a standard P.O. Box. All other methods require a physical street address for delivery.
